Explore More of Broken Bow

Whether you’re chasing waterfalls, paddling clear-water rivers, or hiking ridgelines, Broken Bow packs serious outdoor adventure into a corner of Oklahoma most people didn’t know existed.

At Three Creeks Reserve, the adventure doesn’t just end at the gate.

Area Attractions

The Broken Bow Lake stretches across more than 14,000 acres of clear, clean water, drawing fishers, boaters and kayakers who come for the striped bass and stay for the scenery.

Beavers Bend State Park neighbors the lake and offers well-maintained hiking and walking trails through a dense pine forest, with the Mountain Fork River running alongside for fishing and float trips year-round.

Three Creeks Reserve itself adds to that rhythm, with its own walking trails, creeks and resort amenities woven into the landscape so the best of Broken Bow is never too far from your stay!

Area Attractions

Dining & Local Eats

Broken Bow provides a stretch of independently owned restaurants, smokehouses and casual lakeside spots that have built real reputations over the years, most of it within a short drive from Three Creeks Reserve. You’ll find everything from slow-smoked brisket and catfish plates to wood-fired pizzas and hand-craft cocktails. The area draws a hungry crowd and the food scene has grown to meet it.

Nearby Towns & Day Trips

Broken Bow makes an ideal base for exploring a broader stretch of the Ouachita region! Idabel is a short drive south, offering local history and the Museum of the Red River, while Mena, Arkansas is just across state lines and serves as a gateway into the Ouachita National Forest. The Forest spans across 1.8 million acres of ridgelines, rivers, and backcountry.
